Provisioning gap

Finds users who have a Smartsheet seat allocated but aren't fully provisioned — typically pending invitations or accounts that never finished activation.

The scan compares two lists from Smartsheet:

All allocated seats — every user counted against your plan, including active, pending, and declined.
Active accounts — only users who can sign in today.

Anyone on your validated domains who's in the first list but missing from the second is a gap user. Pick which ones to activate; each is added with the role implied by their seat record — Member if their seat is marked as a sheet creator, otherwise Contributor.

Cells with a formula are matched against their formula text; everything else is matched against the value.

Column formulas are defined once on the column header and apply to every row. This tab scans every sheet in a workspace, finds columns whose master formula matches your search, and rewrites them. Smartsheet's per-sheet permissions still apply — the API will refuse edits on sheets you can't write to.

When Replace entire formula is on, the whole column formula is rewritten to whatever's in Replace with. Useful when collapsing many variants to one canonical formula.

Event Reporting isn't enabled on this Smartsheet plan. Smartsheet's GET /events endpoint is gated behind the Event Reporting add-on (Business and Enterprise plans). On plans without it, the endpoint returns 403 Forbidden and queries here will fail. The section and its UI are kept ready so it can be used immediately if Event Reporting is added to your plan in the future.

GET /events is paginated; the portal walks streamPosition until Max events is reached. Smartsheet retains audit events for ~7 days; anything older isn't accessible via this API.

Endpoint health tester

Probes every Smartsheet API endpoint the portal calls. Read endpoints fire a real call; write endpoints fire a deliberately-invalid call against a fake id and treat any Smartsheet error code response as a healthy endpoint (proves the route exists). 404 with no errorCode field means the endpoint is missing — either deprecated or renamed.
